On arrival, you’ll find a spacious closet with hangers for your belongings, a bench to help you take off or put on your shoes after a long day’s sightseeing, and a large mirror to get ready before going out.

The entrance to the building is located on a Provençal pedestrian street, with public parking nearby. The holiday apartment, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, only has skylights, providing beautiful natural light.
Rules of procedure
Security deposit (2 solutions)
Provide a security deposit of €500 by check or in cash;
or Provide your “holiday liability insurance certificate” with your reservation dates (insurance integrated to the multi-risk housing contract of your main residence). Simply notify your insurance company and send us the vacation rental insurance certificate.
Cancellation (2 solutions)
In case of cancellation for direct bookings, you can cancel your stay until:
15 days before arrival: You can benefit from a credit of 100% of the sums already paid. This credit can be used within 12 months from your initial arrival date Or you can get a refund, minus the bank charges of 3%; – less than 15 days before arrival: Only the clea

In case of cancellation due to governmental restrictions (COVID-19), the period is reduced to 7 days.
